I bought two of these necklaces—one for me and one for my daughter. We’ve both been struggling with general anxiety, especially after the stress of the past year. At first, I was skeptical: I mean, it’s just breathing, right? But I finally decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did.
When it arrived (after about 12 days, which customer service confirmed quickly when I emailed them), we tried it right away. I immediately understood how it works. By controlling how your breath is released, it forces you to slow down. Plus, the weight of the necklace and the tactile sensation of using it are grounding and distracting in the best way.
It’s well-made, not flimsy at all, and easy to use. I probably use mine a couple of times a day, and my daughter uses hers more often, around 5-6 times daily. It helps stop that spiral of anxiety before it gets overwhelming.
